The machine uses an advanced optical positioning system, with a threading speed of up to 200 beads per minute and an error rate of less than 0.1%.It supports a variety of bead types including crystal, agate, jade, plastic, etc., and can operate stably with diameters ranging from 1mm to 20mm.The machine can customize threading length and knotting method to meet personalized needs.Most importantly, one person can complete the workload of 3-5 traditional people, greatly reducing labor costs.
How to use the machine
* First, fix a beading needle about 300 beads (adjustable according to your needs) long on the machine and firmly thread a thread through the tail of the needle.
* Secondly, pour the beads of the required specifications into the hopper of the conveying part of the machine, and then start the power of the conveying part to make the beads automatically enter the conveying pipe.
* Please fill it up with water and clean it up before use, because every machine have been tested before they go out.
* Finally, turn on the vibrator switch to start the beading process. When the beads accumulate to a certain amount, open the stringing part to let the beads enter the line and prepare for the next beading operation.
