Honey refining machine is for honey and other heat-sensitive materials processing snackprocess requirements and design and manufacture of small concentration equipment. The equipment can achieve higher vacuum and lower concentration temperature, so it has little influence on the composition of the material after concentration, and the material quality is stable and the effect is very good.
The equipment has the functions of preheating, filtration and vacuum concentration. The condensing system and vacuum system are specially designed, which can obtain higher vacuum degree and improve the production efficiency and effect. The enrichment equipment is widely used in medium and small bee products processing enterprises.
How to use the machine
* First, check the equipment to ensure that the centrifuge, filter, honey barrel and other parts are clean and dry without residual impurities. Operators should wear gloves, masks and work clothes to ensure hygiene. Then, take the honey comb with the wax cover cut off from the beehive and shake it gently to remove the bees.
* Secondly, place the honey combs evenly into the extraction basket (centrifugal bucket), keep it balanced, and avoid eccentric operation that may cause machine vibration.
* Third, start centrifugation, close the equipment cover and ensure it is well sealed.
* Finally, the honey flows out of the honeycomb under the action of centrifugal force and flows into the bottom honey valve along the inner wall of the equipment. Open the honey outlet to let the honey flow into the filter to remove impurities such as wax residue and bee limbs.
* Be sure to clean the device with warm water immediately after use to avoid honey residue causing fermentation or blockage.
