This machine is mainly used for sewing between the upper and lower fabrics and side edge fabrics of Simmons mattresses. This machine has the features of machine head elevation angle adjustment, machine head lift adjustment, and sewing speed adjustment. During sewing, the mattress is moved by the workbench conveyor belt for sewing. It adopts PLC program control and artificial intelligence operation. The mattress can automatically walk, automatically turn corners, and automatically flip during sewing, which improves the sewing speed. The machine head can automatically rise and fall, slow down, and recover automatically when sewing mattress corners, which improves the sewing quality and solves the problem of inward warping of the seam edges at the four corners. Only one person is required to sew the mattress, which improves work efficiency and reduces labor intensity. It is an ideal equipment for mattress manufacturing and assembly line production.
