This machine has automatic air extraction, automatic exposure, and automatic timing. It can continuously expose the screen.
It can be used as an automatic photosensitive exposure equipment for various plates such as PS plates, PNA plates, stainless steel plates, etc.
It is easy to operate. The exposure light source adopts a fast-start high-power ultraviolet lamp tube. The light intensity is stable and uniform. The ultraviolet spectrum distribution is consistent with the characteristics of the printing plate. It is supplemented by a stable vacuum compressor system with excellent vacuum adsorption and recovery performance, which effectively ensures fast exposure speed and clear screen.
Principle: Use a vacuum pump to extract the indoor air, so that the indoor vacuum pressure makes the printing plate and the manuscript close to the glass plane, and then the light source exposes the photosensitive layer of the printing plate within the predetermined exposure time. After the exposure, the air is automatically released and the plate is exposed to complete the entire process.
