1.The flouring mahcine is specialy for fine powder coating to achieve better battering effect. the flour can be wheat flour, starch,and other mixed power. When product enters the lower mesh belt, the product bottom side and 4flank sides are covered with powder.The powder flowing down from the upper hopper covers the product upper side. The powder thickness on the upper and lower mesh belt can be adjusted conveniently by pressing roller. After flouring, the surplus powder is blown off by air knife.
2.After flouring, we use battering machine to coat thick or thin batter on surface to achieve good breading effect. It is suitable for the processing of crumbs breading or flouring. Different batter , different battering machines: For thick batter: The product usually meat pie, patty shaped, first covered with batter through upper and lower mesh belt, and the product after battering is dripped by air knife to avoid excessive batter being brought into next process.
3.Breading machine, aftering battering, products enter the lower mesh belt, the bottom side and 4 flank sides are covered with bread crumbs. The bread crumbs flowing from the upper hopper cover the product upper side. The bread crumbs on the upper and lower mesh belt can be pressed by pressure roller(the thickness of bread crumbs on the upper and lower mesh belt can be adjusted conveniently). After breading, the excess bread crumbs are blown off by air knife.
