The machine adopts advanced sensing technology to automatically identify the bottle type and direction, quickly organize the messy bottles, ensure that the bottle mouth is uniform and greatly reduce manual intervention. How to use the machine
* First, turn on the main power switch, start the control panel power supply, and run at low speed no-load for 3-5 minutes.
* Then, pour the bottle body to be sorted into the hopper evenly, gradually increase the running speed to the set value, and observe the bottle neatness and direction consistency.
* Finally, clean the surface and track of the equipment after use and check whether the fasteners are loose.
* Note that it is strictly forbidden to extend your hand into the moving parts during operation. The power must be cut off first when troubleshooting. It is prohibited to directly flush the electrical parts with water.
