Our fully automatic shrimp back-cutting machine is specially designed for shrimp processing companies. It can quickly and accurately complete shrimp back cutting, greatly improve production capacity and reduce labor costs!
This machine can quickly cut shrimp, open the back, and remove the shrimp line. It is made of 304 stainless steel and uses infrared induction automatic cutting technology. The operation is simple, practical and convenient, and it is suitable for a variety of shrimps.
How to use the machine
* First, Adjust the conveyor belt spacing and blade cutting depth according to the size of the shrimp (it is recommended to try cutting 3-5 shrimps first).
* Secondly,Lay fresh/thawed shrimps in a single layer on the infeed conveyor (back side up, avoid stacking).
* And then,the shrimp body is positioned through the guide groove → the rotating blade accurately opens the back → spray cleaning → discharge.
* Finally, Observe the first 10 finished products: the back opening depth should reach 2/3 of the shrimp body and not be cut off (immediately stop and adjust if abnormal).
