How to use the machine
* The first step is to wipe the filling head, wax pipes and parts that come into contact with the wax with food-grade detergent to avoid contamination by impurities. Melt the wax block into liquid (the temperature is set according to the type of wax), filter to remove bubbles and impurities. If you need to add essential oils or pigments, mix them well in advance.
*The second step is to set the wax liquid insulation temperature through the touch screen to ensure fluidity. Enter the single filling volume (such as 100ml/bottle), and the device will automatically calibrate the pump valve flow.
* The third step is to prepare the containers, arrange them neatly, and start filling after the temperature control system reaches the set temperature.
* Finally, after production is completed, use a soft cloth to clean the remaining wax liquid on the filling head while it is still hot to prevent solidification and clogging.
