The Cattle Hoof Sheller, also known as a Cow Hoof Shell Remover or Bovine Hoof De-shelling Machine, is an automated or semi-automated mechanical device. It is primarily used to quickly and efficiently remove the hard outer shell of cattle hooves. The design of this equipment focuses on ease of operation, thorough shell removal, and product safety.
The product is made of all stainless steel, which has the advantages of being corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. It complies with food processing hygiene standards and ensures long-term durability. Moreover, this machine is not only suitable for cattle hooves, but also for sheep hooves, donkey hooves, horse hooves, etc., making it a multi-purpose machine. This type of machine is divided into two types, one is foot-operated control (semi-automatic) and the other is gear rotation (automatic), but both can shell the fruit with one button, effectively reducing manual labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
How to use the machine
* First, before use, make sure that the power supply voltage (380V) matches the machine and check that the circuit is not damaged. Check whether the tool is sharp and the hydraulic oil level is sufficient (please note for hydraulic models). Clean the machine surface and tool to avoid residual debris that affects hygiene.
* Then, turn on the power switch, run without load for 30 seconds, and observe whether the motor operates normally. Hydraulic models need to preheat the hydraulic system for 2-3 minutes to ensure stable pressure.
* Third, place the cow hoof vertically into the machine feed port with the crown facing downward. Step on the foot switch or press the start button, and the cutter will automatically complete the cutting and shelling. After shelling, the hoof shell will automatically fall off, and the processed cow hoof can be taken out manually.
* If the shelling is not complete, the machine needs to be stopped to adjust the cutting depth of the cutter. The machine needs to be stopped every 2 hours to clean up the debris to avoid blockage; the stainless steel parts need to be rinsed with clean water at the end of each day's work.
