How to use the machine
* First, divide the fermented dough into sizes suitable for the hopper (avoid being too hard or too sticky).
* Secondly, set the dough weight of a single portion (e.g. 30g/portion) via the control panel or knob. Select the number of copies per split according to your needs (e.g. 36 copies/time).
* Put the dough evenly into the hopper to avoid accumulation. Press the safety switch, and the hydraulic system automatically pushes the blade to complete the division (it takes about 6-10 seconds). The divided dough is output with the tray and should be removed in time to prevent accumulation.
* Finally, press and hold the stop button, the hydraulic rod will reset and the power will be turned off. Remove the blade and tray for cleaning, and check whether the hydraulic oil needs to be replenished.
