This cattle bone shredder machine has reached the international advanced level. It can crush cattle bones, pork bones, sheep bones, whole fishes. It's the ideal machine for processing poultry bones and livestock bones.
This machine is made of stainless steel 304, has a pollution-free process, and is easy to operate and easy to clean. Its blades are adjustable and can be replaced according to different needs, and the product fineness can reach 180-200um. The machine has high power, good crushing effect and high output. Suitable for meat processing plants and slaughterhouses.
How to use the machine
* First, Treat the raw materials before starting the machine to remove metal foreign matters (such as iron wire, nails). Check the equipment, make sure the tool is installed firmly, and check the belt tension.
* Secondly, jog the test machine 2-3 times, idle for 1 minute, monitor abnormal sounds, and adjust the speed according to the hardness of the raw materials.
* In production operations, use a push rod to feed at a constant speed (hand push is prohibited), and the single feed volume is ≤ 80% of the feed port volume.
* Finally, When cleaning machine, stop feeding first, put 3-5kg of bread slag to clean the residue, and turn idle for 1 minute to drain the remaining material.
