How to use the machine
* First, wipe the machine with food-grade detergent, especially the part that contacts the sugar, to ensure hygiene.
*Secondly, hang the cooled sugar ball on the hook of the whitening machine and start the machine. The machine will repeatedly stretch and fold the sugar, gradually mixing in air, making the color of the sugar change from dark to light and the texture become fluffy. Adjust the stretching speed or time according to needs. It usually takes 5-10 minutes until the sugar becomes completely white and delicate.
* Finally, turn off the machine and remove the sugar body after pulling. It can be cut manually or shaped with a mold.
* Note that sugar stains are difficult to remove after cooling. It is recommended to use hot water or special tools to clean the machine in time.
