Hargao is a traditional dim sum with longer history in hongkong.
Before steaming, the raw Har Gow is white color. The wrapper of the Ha Gao wil beome transparent and the pink shrimp color can be viewed after you steamed it.
The thickness of the prawn wrapper made by the machine is adjustable easily, it not only can produce the crystal shrimp wrapper, it can produce other dim sum wrapper too. So it's a good helper for the dim sum factory.
PLC control panel make the Har kao production become easier and precised. Cooling circle system keep the Hagao processed under the cooler temperature and better taste than make by hands under the room temperature. it not only can produce the transparent starch Hargao, i can produce the rice flour dim sum and crystal dumpling or japan gyoza by changing different forming mould.It saves labor and keep all the production same pattern, higher productivity are it's merits.

2 years warranty is given.Within 2 years after the goods shipped, we will send new parts for free for any broken part(not by man-made operational mistakes).After 2 years, we just charge 90% of the cost of the parts.

A: We offer 24 hours service call. Solve basic questions by Telephone, Email, Whatsapp, We chat and video call. Engineer will go to buyer's factory to install, test machines,and train buyer's staff how to operate, maintain machines. Operating manuals will be sent with machine or by email.
