How to use the machine
* First, adjust the temperature of the heating zone according to the type of plastic, start the electronic control system, and allow the machine to slowly heat up to the set value to avoid local overheating that damages the screw.
* Secondly, add a small amount of raw materials, observe the plasticizing effect, adjust the temperature and screw speed. After the discharge is stable, gradually increase the feed amount to avoid blockage or excessive load.
* Check whether the melt is uniform and free of bubbles, and whether the pellets are neat (the cutter speed can be adjusted).
* Finally, Before the end of production, add cleaning materials (such as PP or special barrel cleaning agent) to drain the residue. Stop feeding first, and then turn off the power when the temperature drops below 150ºC.
