Features:
(1)The first station: giving bags----place prefabricated bags on the bag warehouse. The bags can move up or down. When a single bag falls, use the suction cup to pick up the bag; when rising, use the two suction cups of the robot arm to transfer the bag to the rotary table mechanical claw.
(2)The second station: steel character coding or ribbon coding and others (choose one)----production date and production batch number can be printed.
(3)The third station: opening bag----use the bag opening device to open the bag automatically.
(4)The fourth station: filling process----there is a detection device to detect whether the bag is open. If it is not opened, the material will not be discharged. On the contrary, if the bag is opened, the material will be discharged.
