2 years warranty is given.Within 2 years after the goods shipped, we will send new parts for free for any broken part(not by man-made operational mistakes).After 2 years, we just charge 90% of the cost of the parts.

A: We offer 24 hours service call. Solve basic questions by Telephone, Email, Whatsapp, We chat and video call. Engineer will go to buyer's factory to install, test machines,and train buyer's staff how to operate, maintain machines. Operating manuals will be sent with machine or by email. We are also cooperating with a lot oversea service companies in many countrie.
