The main structure and working principle of the stone removal machine:
1. The appearance and basic structure of the suction stone removal machine mainly consist of feeding device, stone removal device, support mechanism, and vibration motor. 
2. The stone removal screen surface adopts a steel wire woven screen mesh, which has a high friction coefficient and is conducive to the automatic classification of materials. The lower part of the stone removal screen surface is equipped with a uniform style and uniform air plate, allowing the airflow to pass vertically and evenly through the entire stone removal screen surface. The screen body of the stone removal machine is supported by a support spring and an elastic support rod, driven by a dual vibration motor, which generates vibration in a specific inclined direction.

The suspended material flows downward along the screen surface and is discharged through the material outlet at the lower end of the screen surface
