How to use the machine
* First, remove the metal (steel wire), fiber and other impurities in the tire. Then use a tire shredder to cut the tire into 50-100mm rubber blocks.
* Secondly, the residual steel wire in the rubber block is removed by a magnetic separator or a steel wire separator to ensure the purity of the rubber.
* Next, the rubber block is further crushed into 5-15mm particles using a rubber crusher.
* Then, use a rubber grinding machine (such as vortex mill, freeze mill, etc.) to grind the particles into 20-120 mesh rubber powder.
* Finally, the vibrating screen is graded according to different mesh sizes (such as 30 mesh, 60 mesh, and 80 mesh) to ensure uniformity of the finished product.
