The road shot blasting machine is an efficient and environmentally friendly ground treatment equipment, widely used in the cleaning, roughening and rust removal of concrete, asphalt pavement, bridge deck, tunnel and industrial floor. It can quickly remove slurry, oil stains and aging coatings, improve surface roughness, enhance the adhesion of waterproof layer or asphalt pavement, and significantly extend the service life of the road surface. The mobile design can adapt to different construction sites, greatly improving the flexibility and convenience of construction. The road shot blasting machine can efficiently clean the slurry and impurities on the road surface, and roughen the concrete surface to make it uniform and rough. The equipment is equipped with a dust collector to reduce dust pollution during construction. Compared with traditional fixed shot blasting equipment, the road shot blasting machine has a lower investment cost and is suitable for small and medium-sized projects.
How to use the machine
* First of all, Check the status of the equipment: ensure that the machine parts are not loose or worn, and that wearing parts (such as guard plates, rubber curtains, rollers, etc.) need to be replaced in time. Load qualified shot blasting materials and ensure that the work area is free of debris and personnel. Check the lubrication condition of each part and remove debris inside the machine to prevent blockage.
* Then turn on the dust collector to reduce dust pollution. Next, start the shot blasting machine and slowly push the equipment forward after the motor runs smoothly. Keep walking in a straight line at a constant speed to avoid duplication or missing areas.
* Finally, After turning off the power, remove the residual steel shot and dust in the separator, filter cartridge and blasting head. The reusable steel shot after screening should be stored dry to prevent rust.
* Note: Operators need to wear goggles, dust masks and earplugs. It is forbidden to run the blasting machine for a long time without steel shot to avoid damaging the blades.
