The active roller rotates and drives the conveyor belt to rotate in the direction of the pressing roller. The dough enters from the driven roller, passes through the pressing roller, and is driven by the belt to continue moving forward. The upper end of the dough first contacts and rubs with the forming sheet, so that the front end of the dough sheet rolls back into a roll. The dough is rolled into a stick shape during the process of forming into a croissant or a croissant. After forming, the stick-shaped dough falls on the receiving tray after being discharged from the discharge port. It can be operated by one person on one side!
How to use the machine
* First, start the preheating, turn on the main power switch, and run it on for 2 minutes without load to observe the equipment status.
* Secondly, Put the dough strips evenly into the feed conveyor belt. Monitor the automatic slitting → rolling → forming process.
* The finished product is inspected every 30 minutes, and the weight error is within ±2g. If abnormalities are found, the machine will be stopped immediately to adjust.
* Finally, note that it is strictly forbidden to reach into the molding area during operation, and abnormal noise needs to be powered off immediately for inspection.
