The gizzard peeling machine is used for the peeling of chicken gizzards and duck gizzards. When the workers work, the spiral corrugating roller is driven by electric power to make relative rotation, thereby achieving the requirement of peeling off a layer of yellow skin inside the chicken gizzard and the duck gizzard.
How to use the machine
* Before starting up, check the equipment: make sure the power supply and air pressure (if applicable) are normal, and the transmission parts are well lubricated and not loose or abnormal. Cleaning and disinfection: Use food-grade detergent to clean the contact parts such as the conveyor belt and peeling roller to avoid cross contamination.
* Wash the gizzards and remove obvious impurities, keeping the surface moist (some models require pre-soaking). Evenly load: Lay the gizzards in a single layer on the feed conveyor belt to avoid accumulation that affects the peeling effect.
* Start the machine: Start the power supply, and the conveyor belt will send the chicken gizzards into the peeling area (mechanical friction or high-pressure water/air peeling).
* Finally,stop feeding first, and then turn off the power after all the gizzards in the machine have been processed. Later maintenance: disassemble the movable parts for flushing, remove residual tissue debris, and lubricate the bearings/chains regularly.
